This album was written in the hope that survivors everywhere will know that they are not alone and that the chain of silence continues to be broken with each story told. My abuse does not define who I am as a woman, but it certainly made an impact on the choices that I have made and who I have become. I hope that through sharing such intimate moments in this album, you will in turn share your journey with others, so that together we can stop the pandemic of abuse worldwide.
May this music lift you up when you are down and bring you light in the darkness.
